Data Entry Clerk (Bilingual)

Position Summary

The individual will function as a Data Entry Clerk for the Maintenance and Reliability Department. This position will provide support for the Material and Plant Maintenance modules within SAP. This individual will also assist with translating during meetings and training sessions.

Essential Functions

Create and maintain materials in the ERP system

Pull reports and help verify data within ERP system

Assist with material data cleansing

Assist with creating and updating process and procedure documentation

Work with inventory and warehousing personnel

Assist with training associates on SAP

Work with various departments throughout the company

Assist with translating files and training documents

Assist with translating during meetings and training sessions when needed

Other Responsibilities

Other duties and projects as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Skills Required

Must have high school diploma or equivalent

Must be fluent in Spanish

1 to 3 years of data entry or data management experience

Excellent attention to detail

Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint)

SAP experience beneficial, but not required

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels in the organization both verbally and written

Strong organizational skills

Strong computer skills

Ability to take continuing training in related competencies to improve job knowledge and stay up to date

Ability to travel occasionally as needed to support the regions

Physical Requirements

The ability to work at a computer, and computer monitor, and use repetitive motion for long periods of time.

This position requires sitting 80% of the time and standing and walking 20% of the time.

The ability to work nonstandard working hours (early morning, late evening) if required, due to the different time zone with global operations.
